Experience, Interests, affiliations
I have several years of experience related to business analyst, especially the customer relationship management system, through my work experience and research background. I previously worked in different types of industries (bank, entertainment, and hospital) before I commenced my Ph.D. at the Auckland University of Technology. Based on my teaching experience, I am very passionate in terms of teaching. During my Ph.D. study, I was responsible for two courses in Business Information Systems and Business Process Management at the Auckland University of Technology.
My primary interests are in the area of enterprise systems, information systems implementation, IS use, user adaptation and organisational change associated with new IS implementation.
